FarooqStars — the website farooqstars.com and the FarooqStars apps — is run by FAROOQ MUGHAL (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED, a company registered in Pakistan (SECP CUIN 0357349). These terms are the agreement between you and us. How we handle your information is explained on the Privacy page.
Everything on this site is for curiosity, entertainment and learning — the study of an old subject, read with respect. Nothing more is claimed for it.
Nothing here is a claim of certainty, and none of it is medical, legal, financial or marital advice. For those matters, please turn to qualified people.
Every decision belongs to the reader — made with heart, reason, and the counsel of elders. Star talk is a mirror of curiosity, never a command.
Some answers are written by a computer program (AI), from the books and the chart. Such an answer can be wrong, incomplete or simply made up, even when it sounds sure. Read it as one more opinion for curiosity, never as advice or as a fact. The number of free AI answers a day is limited (now 5), and the AI pages can be paused at any time.
Anyone may read the site. To make an account you must be at least 13 years old; if you are younger than the adult age of your country, you need a parent’s permission. One person, one account — with your own real e-mail address, and no false name meant to deceive. We may close an account that breaks this.
Keep your password to yourself; what is done from your account is your responsibility. If you think someone else has used it, change the password and write to us. Your account works once your e-mail address is confirmed, and you need an account to post, comment or send messages. You can delete the account at any time.
What you write and the photos you add stay yours. By putting them on FarooqStars you allow us to store them and show them to the people you chose — only to run the site, and only for as long as they are on it. Post only what you have the right to share, and never another person’s photos, birth details or private matters without their permission. You are responsible for what you post.
There is zero tolerance for objectionable content and for abusive members. In the community and in messages there is no place for harassment, bullying, threats, hate, sexual or indecent material, anything that harms children, spam, scams, or pretending to be someone else. Every post and comment passes an automatic filter, and whatever it stops is read by a moderator before it can appear. Any member can report or block another member — from a profile, a post, a comment or a conversation. A block keeps the two of you apart everywhere on the site. Reports reach the site’s moderators, who look at them within 24 hours.
We may remove the content, stop the member from posting, or close the account — at once and without warning when the matter is serious. A closed account can no longer sign in. Threats of violence and anything that harms children may be passed to the authorities. If you think we made a mistake, write to us.
Do not try to break into the site or into other members’ accounts, overload it, copy it in bulk with automatic programs, get around its limits (such as the daily AI answers), or use it to harm, cheat or follow anyone.
The site’s own texts, readings, artwork, icons, design and software belong to FAROOQ MUGHAL (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED — except where another owner is named, as with the book citations below. You are welcome to read them, use them for yourself, and share pages and cards with the site’s share buttons. Please do not copy them in bulk, sell them, or present them as your own.
All book citations belong to the authors and translators of their books. We quote them with respect, always naming the source under the reading.
The site sells nothing — no reports, no amulets, no stones, no remedies. If a page ever seems to sell you something, it is not ours.
Everything on FarooqStars is free. There are no payments, no paid plans and no purchases inside the app. If that ever changes, these terms will say so first.
Some features use outside services — for example sign-in with Google or Apple, a city search on OpenStreetMap, or sharing on WhatsApp — and some pages link to other websites. Those services and websites follow their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
We offer FarooqStars as it is, and work to keep it correct and running, but we cannot promise that it is always available, free of errors, or that every calculation is exact. We may change, pause or end any part of it at any time — as the match (rishta) section is closed for now.
FarooqStars is free and for curiosity only, so, as far as the law allows, we are not responsible for decisions you make because of anything you read here, or for any loss that comes from using the site or from not being able to use it. Nothing in these terms takes away a right that the law of your country does not allow to be taken away.
You can delete your account at any time, on your account page or on the page «Delete your account». We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. The Privacy page explains what is removed and what is kept.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan decide any dispute about them. If you live elsewhere, the protections that the law of your own country gives you stay in place.
If something on FarooqStars breaks these terms or troubles you, press «Report» on the profile, post, comment or message, or write to us on the Complaint center page. You get an e-mail at once to say it has arrived, and a person reviews every complaint within 24 hours. Content that breaks the rules is removed, and an account that breaks them may be paused. The member you report is never told who reported them. Requests about your data — a download link valid for 48 hours, or deleting your account — are made on your account page.

When these terms change, we change this page and put the new date at the top. If a change is important, we say so clearly on the site and in the app before it applies. Using FarooqStars after that means you accept the new terms.
